Basic functions

　　The 120170 and 120171 motor monitoring system has to monitor the 32 point switching value, 37 point analog, industrial control computer is located in the central control room, the switching value monitoring adopts main control module of Panasonic PLC to input 32 points and expansion module of Panasonic PLC to input 16 points, analog monitoring adopting itinerant detector with 48 Road, can monitor 48 road analog input.
　　Itinerant detector and PLC are connected with industrial control computer by bus network , industrial control computer conducts real-time monitoring of the switching value and analog value data, and judges the operation conditions according to the predetermined upper limit value, such as that once the present value exceeds the upper limit value, industrial control computer displayed the alarm signal.

 The choice of monitoring display

1. can select the interface to conduct any one monitoring according to the demand of the monitoring project,.
2. Model selection: can preset the factory standard parameters of motor that is monitored ( input standard parameters, the qualified and unqualified upper and lower limit).
3. can determine whether the running status is normal or not, according to the predetermined upper limit value.
4. can automatically analyze monitoring data, judge , store monitoring parameters and monitoring results, print and other functions.
5. can automatically judge and conduct sound and light alarm when the screen appears display page that indicates that the present data is more than the upper limit ( normal and abnormal function area).
